About IPR
Located in Jasper IN, it is IPR's mission to provide high quality injury prevention and rehabiliation services through proactive and progressive techniques in order for clients to feel better, move better, and live better.
Through functional assessment, biomechanical analysis, and hands on evaluation, our goal is to determine and treat the underlying cause of limitations and/or discomfort. By assessing joint range of motion, instabilities, and muscle imbalances with a proactive approach rather than reactive, we are able to determine common limitations that could potentially lead to injury or currently causing symptoms. We will work to improve muscle function and overall movement patterns so you can once again enjoy physical activity, daily work, and life in general.

Sports Performance
Luke also offers sports performance training and techniques for individuals, small groups, and teams. His experience working directly with D1 athletes and strength coaches opened the door to the performance aspect of athletic training. His exercise science education allows him to combine his athletic training skills with up-to-date sports performance philosophies and training techniques. After all, the best way to prevent most injuries is to get stronger in the right areas, improve athletic movement patterns, and have those carry over into sport.

Individual and small group training includes functional movement assessment and personal attention to progress out of painful or poor movement patterns. Exercise progressions allow your body to adapt to the demands you are putting on it, including more mobility and overall strength!

Team training may consist of preseason assessments to find common limitations, dynamic warm-up drills and performance strategies to get the most out of your athletes. Quality, consistent movement patterns help athletes not only maintain strength through the season, but also improve overall performance as they progress.

*Preseason and Movement Assessments are available year round for all area athletes.
